The region is connected to Santiago’s international airport via Route 68. Below are the main transportation options:
🚌 Public Transportation (Recommended Budget Option)
The most economical way to travel from the airport to Valparaíso or Viña del Mar involves two steps:
1. Airport bus → Pajaritos Bus Terminal
2. Intercity bus → Valparaíso or Viña del Mar
The airport bus stop is located just outside the terminal (near Gate 4).

o Hours: 06:00 – 22:30 (daily)
o Frequency: every 15 minutes
o Fare: ~CLP $2,300
o Hours: 05:30 – 22:45 (daily)
o Frequency: every 10–15 minutes

At Terminal Pajaritos (about 15–20 minutes from the airport), purchase a ticket to Valparaíso or Viña del Mar at the bus counters (e.g., TurBus or Pullman Bus).
