The participants are requested to familiarize themselves with the visa/e-visa requirements well in advance of the conference dates. Letters of invitation for visa purposes will be available upon request to the organizers at hep-chile@usm.cl.
Passengers of a certain countries may be subject to a pay a Reciprocity Fee to enter Chile. For more information please contact the Chilean consulate of your country. A list of Chilean consulate is available here
Accompanying persons, if they are entering the country as tourists, are required to fill out a tourist form and hand in a copy of this form when leaving Chile.
